How to Merge Duplicate Patient Accounts

  • Open the patient chart of the patient you want to remove.
  • Click Details (located in the top left-hand corner).
  • Click Edit.
  • Under Status, select Duplicate.
  • Choose the patient chart you want to merge into (this is the account you want to keep). Note: All data — including appointments, messages, notes, and more — will be transferred from the duplicate patient chart to the selected primary patient chart.
