Modules

You can turn off the modules that you are not using and have them disappear from both the EMR and patient portal. This way you can avoid feature bloat from features that you are not using. For example, if you turn off the scheduling module, the scheduling tab will disappear from both the EMR and patient portal

Turn on and off modules (EMR)

To turn modules on/off:

• Go to the EMR (e.g. emr.avonhealth.com)

• Click on the hamburger menu on the top left corner > Settings > Modules

• Click the module you want to turn on/off

• The modules you can turn on and off are:

  • Scheduling

  • Messaging

  • Forms

  • Tasks

  • Care plans

  • Documents

  • Visit notes

  • AI scribe

  • Courses

  • E-prescribing

  • Prescription fulfillment

  • Lab orders

  • Mobile phlebotomy

  • At-home test kits

  • Eligibility checks

  • E-faxes

  • Invoices

  • Superbills

  • Revenue cycle management

  • Epic integrations

  • Automations
