Admin

There are three types of admins: global admins, local admins, and not admins.


Global Admins

Global admins are admins across the entire company. Global admins have access to view, edit, and delete any data across any part of the platform. They can view any patient's chart regardless of whether they are on that patient's care team. All access controls are placed upon the member's specialization are superceded by their global admin status.

In addition, only global admins have access to:

  • View, edit, and delete service facilities

  • View, edit, and delete billing providers

  • View, edit, and delete referring providers

  • View and edit brand

  • View, edit, and delete custom code

  • View, edit, and delete custom pages

  • View, edit, and delete custom fields

  • View, edit, and delete products

  • Edit email templates

  • View and edit message settings

  • View, edit, and delete medical centers

  • View, edit, and delete peer groups

  • View and edit modules list

  • View and edit specializations

  • View and edit access controls


Local Admins

Local admins are admins for only the medical centers that they belong to. Local admins have full access to view, edit, and delete information pertaining to the medical centers that they belong to. They can view any patient's chart that are in the same medical centers as them regardless of whether they are on that patient's care team. All access controls are placed upon the member's specialization are superceded by their local admin status.


Not an Admin

Anyone who is not an admin is bound by the access controls set on the specialization that they are a part of.
